CEO Michelle Fyfe APM has joined a walk-through tour of the property bought by Gina Rinehart’s Hancock Prospecting, with representatives from RSLWA.

“Earmarked for completion mid-year, Sir Valston Hancock House pays homage to a former leader of the Royal Australian Air Force and the uncle of Mrs Gina Rinehart AO, Executive Chairman of Hancock Prospecting,” RAAFA WA said on its LinkedIn page.

Gina Rinehart’s Hancock Prospecting purchased the building in south Perth.

Michelle said the initiative would provide more targeted and much-needed assistance to the veteran community.

“We’re all too aware of the pressures many West Australians are facing to secure accommodation amid the ongoing housing crisis, and veterans – particularly those moving out of defence back into community life – are no exception,” she said.
