The 2016 Hancock Prospecting Australian Championships & Synchronised Swimming Championships

The 2016 Hancock Prospecting Australian Championships commenced in Adelaide on the 7th of April and will run until 14th April, when the team who will represent Australia in this year’s Olympics will be announced.

Hancock Prospecting and the Georgina Hope Foundation warmly congratulate all competitors and medal winners, in the exciting Hancock Prospecting Australian championships. We also wish to thank all the volunteers, coaches, support teams, families and the president, John Bertrand, for their immense help with this competition and support for Australia’s iconic swimming team, young ambassadors for our country.

The Olympic squad for the Australian Synchronised Swimming team will be announced after the conclusion of the Synchronised Swimming National Championships, which are currently being held in Perth.

This is an exciting time for the young Australian team, after a very significant win at the World Championships in Kazan Russia, 2015 to qualify for Rio.

Mrs. Rinehart and all staff at the Hancock Prospecting Group, including the Georgina Hope Foundation, extend their thanks to the president, Brian Miller, support teams, families and volunteers, & extend their best wishes to all swimmers performing. We look forward to continuing to support the team in the lead up to and at Rio.

The staff at Roy Hill look forward to welcoming the synchronised swimming team to the Pilbara, after the championships.
